1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Elev8 Consulting, LLC d/b/a Elev8 Coaching & Resumes ("the Company") and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

 

2. Description of Services
Elev8 Coaching & Resumes provides professional career services, including but not limited to:

• Resume and Cover Letter Drafting

• LinkedIn Profile Optimization

• Interview Preparation Services

• Career Strategy Coaching

• Strong Interest Inventory® Assessment and Interpretation

 

3. No Guarantee of Results
As a career advocacy service, we provide expert guidance based on over 20 years of HR and IT
experience. However:

• Employment Outcomes: We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or specific salary increases. Final hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of third-party employers.

• Assessments: The Strong Interest Inventory® is a tool for career exploration. Results provide insights into interests and alignment but do not constitute a guarantee of

success in any specific field.

 

4. Strong Interest Inventory® Protocols
As a Certified Practitioner, Lisa Dupras adheres to professional and ethical standards regarding
assessment administration:

• Interpretation: Assessment results will only be released in conjunction with a professional debrief session.

• Third-Party Platforms: Assessments are administered via authorized portals (e.g., The Myers-Briggs Company).

• Users agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers during the testing process.

 

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and timely information. The Company is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client. Once a final resume or document is approved by the client, any subsequent changes may incur additional fees.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including articles, methodology, and proprietary coaching materials, is the property of Elev8 Consulting, LLC. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (resumes, cover letters) for their own job search. Redistribution or commercial resale of the Company’s proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments: All services must be paid for in advance or according to the terms of an issued invoice.

• Refunds: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of professional writing and the non-refundable costs of assessment credits, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once work has commenced or assessment links have been generated.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elev8 Coaching & Resumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
