The Job Search Process
Searching for a job is a frustrating process. It's easy to become entrenched in a certain way of doing things, or less self-aware of what is working and what is not. I offer 'a second pair of eyes' and experience with interviewing and a LinkedIn certification to help job seekers get the most out of their job search. I incorporate coaching and teaching to make sure clients have the skills to being as efficient as possible. My job search process follows steps:

FOLLOW UP/ADJUST
1 Consultation - We meet and review the client's resume, LinkedIn Profile, discuss their job search history, evaluate results of past job search efforts, and discuss career goals.
2 Develop Plan - We agree upon a coaching plan that could include: resume and/or LinkedIn updates, a job search session, branding, or interview preparation or practice, or redeveloping the client's job search plan.
3 Update Documents - Could include the client's resume, LinkedIn instructions, or job search plan.
4 Educate and Train - One-on-one job search session, instructions on how to update LinkedIn, or whatever knowledge and training the client needs.
5 Followup and Adjust - If needed, there is a follow up call to review successes, modify resume, etc.
