Clarity, Confidence, and Career Strategy for IT Professionals
Helping Tech Professionals Get Recognized for their Value
Hi, I'm Lisa Dupras.
After 15+ years in HR and IT in the pharmaceutical industry, I learned that technical excellence alone isn’t enough — professionals also need to communicate their value! While in the work world, I was always the person friends and family came to for job search advice—I loved writing resumes and helped people navigate their careers.
It became clear that my real passion wasn't just IT, it was helping people. In 2020, I leveraged informal coaching and corporate experience to launch my own business, becoming a Certified Career Coach and LinkedIn practitioner.
I’m also certified to administer the Strong Interest Inventory®, a research-backed career assessment to suggest careers and jobs that fit a person’s interests and preferences. I use my RISE Career Framework to turn those personal insights into a career strategy that uncovers client’s unique value, targets the right roles, and positions them for rewarding growth.
Curious how I can help you land the right role?
