Hi, I’m Lisa Dupras. Tech career coach and resume writer. I help tech professionals turn complex experience into a clear, unique value proposition, focused career strategy, and positioning that wins interviews.

After 15+ years in HR and IT in the pharmaceutical industry, I realized technical excellence alone isn’t enough—professionals must communicate their value. Even before starting my business, colleagues, friends, and family sought my guidance on resumes and career moves, and I discovered my true passion: helping people navigate their careers with clarity and confidence.
Today, I’m a Certified Career Coach and LinkedIn Certified Practitioner, and I’m also certified to administer the Strong Interest Inventory®, a research-backed assessment that identifies careers aligned with your interests and preferences.
