Data-Backed Insights for Confident Career Decisions
I help tech professionals cut through career confusion by leveraging the Strong Interest Inventory®, a gold-standard career aptitude tool, to provide the data-backed insights you need to validate your next professional move
Why Tech Professionals Struggle
with Career Direction
In IT, you’re expected to make long-term career decisions while roles, technologies, and expectations keep shifting, all while being told to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving skills landscape. The challenge isn’t capability, it’s clarity.
You may find yourself thinking:
➡️ Am I still on the right career path?
➡️ How can I be sure my next job move is the right decision?
➡️ How do I stay relevant with AI changing everyone's jobs?
In tech, that usually means chasing a management title, jumping to the hottest AI certification, or switching companies hoping the problem doesn't follow you.
The issue isn’t a lack of opportunity. Most decisions are made without a consistent way to evaluate fit, so choices end up based on job titles, compensation, timing, or what feels most practical at the time.
Over time, that leads to hesitation, second-guessing, and stalled progress, with investments in directions that don’t fully hold up long-term.
The real issue is the absence of a structured way to evaluate direction with clarity and confidence.
If you answered YES to any of these questions, you are in the right place. The Strong Interest Inventory® is the gold standard aptitude tool to take the guesswork out of your strategy and validate your next career move.

How Your Career Profile Is Presented
The Strong Interest Inventory® does not look at your skills or technical capabilities; instead, it measures your underlying patterns of interest and workplace preferences. The final profile packet organizes your data into scales that build upon one another, allowing us to move from broad, high-level occupational themes down to your specific daily operational preferences.
Your Occupational Theme

What it is: A color-coded bar chart that measures your interest levels across six broad areas of work (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional) to find your dominant three-letter theme code.
How we use it: We use this chart to establish your baseline work personality. It acts as our anchor for the rest of the session, showing us your general preferences and values before we drill down into specific details.
Personal Styles Scale
What it is: A detailed chart that measures your interest levels across 30 specific work subjects and fields, ranking them from "Very Little" to "Very High.
How we use it: We use this to pinpoint the exact topics and daily tasks that keep you mentally energized. It helps us narrow down your specific areas of focus so you can avoid a role that bores you.

Basic Interest Scale

What it is: A summary of personal preferences across five practical areas: how you like to work, your learning environment, your leadership style, your comfort with risk, and how you approach teamwork.
How we use it: We use this information to evaluate company cultures and team structures. It shows into what types of working environments you might work best in.
These data-backed insights about you, along with the rest of your comprehensive report results serve as the objective foundation we use during our session to build a practical, real-world career action plan.
